Is Climate Science “Unsettled”? This guy wants you to believe it is
For more than four years, Steve Koonin’s book ‘Unsettled’ has been cited by politicians, commentators and climate sceptics as evidence that the scientific consensus on climate change has been exaggerated. Koonin recently gave a 15 minute summary lecture of his views at the UK ‘Alliance for Responsible Citizenship’. But are his arguments a fair interpretation of the evidence, or is he simply relying on carefully selected facts, cherry-picked statistics and misleading comparisons?
