Human induced climate change poses a threat to our planet, and to civilization itself. It also happens to be a challenge that is interwoven with virtually every aspect of our lives: from our personal habits as individuals, to how our cities are planned, and how our economies are regulated, to even things as fundamental as how we conceive of the relationship between ourselves and nature.

Suffice to say, climate change is a complicated topic. Complicated and scary. But this also means there are fascinating and important questions attached to it. How did we get to this point as a species? How might international relations between powers be impacted by a climate agreement? How fast are the oceans rising, and what can coastal cities do to protect themselves? What might an economic system premised on no emissions look like? And can we simply take CO2 back out of the air?
