Philip Warburg, author, lawyer and former director of the Conservation Law Foundation, New England’s oldest and largest environmental watchdog group. He is the author of two respected books on renewable energy, Harvest the Wind: America’s Journey to Jobs, Energy Independence, and Climate Stability (Beacon Press 2012, 2013) and Harness the Sun: America’s Quest for a Solar-Powered Future (Beacon Press, 2015). His articles have appeared in major newspapers and magazines.
